- Further defining the value proposition to identify potential opportunities for added profitability, differentiation and competitive advantage
- Developing a comprehensive expansion plan designed to provide the Company with a roadmap to guide the firm’s direction
- Designing the pitch deck to be utilized for the Series A capital raise
- Positioned the company to successfully raise a Series A round with as minimal dilution as possible
