Peri Higgins
- Founder & CEO
Peri Higgins is a seasoned financial professional with 20+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking and real estate. Following a successful corporate career in which she honed her finance and strategy skills, Peri began the pursuit of her entrepreneurial passions and launched two real estate investment funds.
Shortly after fund exit, she formed Evolve Advisors, a boutique consultancy. Since 2012, Peri and her team have leveraged their experience and expertise to assist clients in a wide range of industries to enhance growth, increase profitability and develop strategies to achieve objectives.
Peri holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the boards of Arcadia University and Horizons Greater Philadelphia, a non-profit that promotes educational equity through partnerships with students, their families and schools to create outside of school learning experiences.
Chris Karas
- Principal
Christine Karas, Principal at Evolve Advisors, leverages her extensive experience and business acumen for Evolve’s clients. She has worked across a range of industries—including financial services, industrial, healthcare, materials and technology, transportation, and energy—and has expertise in business transformations, strategy, restructuring, and organizational design. Chris’ consultancy experience is rooted in creating positive outcomes by working side by side with clients to solve challenges through due diligence, on-site operations assessments, C-suite advising, and building corporate and market strategies.
Prior to joining Evolve, Chris served as an accomplished senior executive with a successful corporate career of over 20 years that began by applying her problem-solving skills first as a development engineer and later transitioning those skills to make an impact in business. She held multiple, progressive roles in commercial, operations, quality, and global leadership.
Chris earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Material Science & Engineering from the University of Florida.
